A wonderful , strange weekend*

How does a girl survive the death of mother, then a father, then a cousin and an uncle.

She did.

She triumphed.

Against all odds, against all fears, she continued to survive and blossom in life.
This is a girl who survived constant hardships. *

Her mum gave up her life when she gave birth to Lexy. Her first day in college was spent in a funeral service for her cousin and uncle. The first week during her first mission trip, she gets a call telling her she has lost her dad forever. How can one take that in and still continue to live positively? She did.

Just one of the stories that has been personally shared to me this weekend, one word: amazing.

This weekend has been intense, intense and crazy....spiritually inspiring and emotionally taxing.

We saw the brown Buick heading our way. He did not even try to brake and instead plowed straight into us. Thank GOD we were driving an SUV, a 2003 Honda CRV or Krishan might have been seriously hurt. Our SUV wasn't too badly dented but the Buick's entire front end was totalled. We were a worried about Darren because he totally did not fasten his seat belt. Thankfully, no broken bones.

I am impressed with the Waco Police Department's cool efficiency. Within 30 seconds, a fire truck and an ambulance had arrived and we had paramedics asking us whether we were okay. Within 30 minutes, both our cars were done towed, insurance settled and traffic ticket issued.
There just happened to be a cop car behind us when we got T-boned by the Buick? I think not....it was something more than that.*way more than that.

I need a break just to get my breath back:P

How can one live with your wife and 3 kids in Palestine? How can one live with snipers shooting through your bedroom windows and explosions througout the night keeping your kids awake? When your wife has to plead for your life while you stare down the barrel of an Israeli M16A2 rifle, doesn't that mean you run for your life and don't stop?

No, this guy, C.M. chose to stick with the Palestinian people right till the end. With his family. Even after being told to evacuate by the American Embassy? Who is this guy? A crazed superhero? No, just some one trusting GOD and never looking back...

Another random story? I don't think so, not with these being told to me by the actual people, Lexy and Chris. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things? I think, very much so:)

So, who's up for making a change in this world, not withstanding the circumstances or hardships?

P.S> Tom Brady.....dont' win. Please.......lol, if u know what i'm talking about, message me:)
